Urban Trailers USA Limited Warranty
Urban Trailers USA warrants each new Urban Trailer to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of original purchase. During this period, Urban Trailers USA will repair or replace, at no cost to the purchaser, any component determined to be defective due to faulty materials or workmanship, within a reasonable time frame. All warranty work must be pre-authorized and the trailer must be returned, at the purchaser’s expense, to an authorized Urban Trailers USA facility.
Who Is Covered
This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
Be clear, be confident and don’t overthink it. The beauty of your story is that it’s going to continue to evolve and your site can evolve with it. Your goal should be to make it feel right for right now. Later will take care of itself. It always does.
What Is Not Covered:
This warranty does not apply to:
Trailers that have been modified, altered, or improperly maintained
Damage resulting from misuse, overloading, or failure to perform regular maintenance
Improper use of weight distribution hitches with hydraulic surge brakes
Rust or corrosion due to environmental exposure; for saltwater use, a galvanized trailer is recommended
Components including winches, lights, couplers, brakes, jacks, springs, tires, and wheels, which are covered by their respective manufacturers’ warranties
Limitations
Any implied warranties, including the implied warranty of merchantability, are limited to the one-year term of this written limited warranty.Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so this limitation may not apply in your case.
Urban Trailers USA shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages, whether arising from breach of warranty or any other legal theory.Some states do not allow exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so this exclusion may also not apply to you.
Validation
To activate this warranty, the purchaser must submit the Warranty Registration Card included in the owner's packet.
